We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovating and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2017 by Neil Hamilton and CaSandra Davis, Imagine That Realty is excited to be part of the area’s resurgence in providing quality, affordable housing at competitive market prices. We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of the Washington metropolitan area and its neighborhoods.
